The Commercial Hotel in Johnstone, Scotland, is seeking an experienced fitness operations leader with a proven track record in growing membership within premium health clubs. You’ll manage a service-led, boutique environment and translate passion for health and fitness into an exceptional experience for members and guests.

You’ll oversee safety, service standards, and team performance, while driving sales and commercial success.

You’ll either have run your own club or led a substantial department within a larger business, and you’ll bring a confident understanding of the premium and boutique fitness space. Backed by a sharp understanding of the member journey and the retention levers that keep people coming back, you’ll combine strong sales‑driven results with sound commercial acumen.

Above all, you’ll lead from the front – rolling up your sleeves, setting the standard for outstanding service, safety and compliance, and communicating with clarity and confidence, both spoken and written.
