Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Exercise Science/Physiology preferred
• National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)
• 2-4 years of personal training and program design experience
• CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
• Prior business management and supervisory experience, preferably in a fitness facility or similar environment
• Prior P&L accountability preferred
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering group presentations
• Ability to motivate, lead, delegate tasks, and manage a team
• Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office, email, internet
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
