Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of instructors and assist with delivering a varied timetable of classes from yoga to HIIT. The role focuses on a welcoming, inclusive environment that helps members of all fitness levels achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will hold CIMSPA Level 2/3, demonstrate excellent communication, and be passionate about health and customer service, with a proactive, self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification.

About the Role

The Group Exercise Supervisor leads a team of Instructors and supports the delivery of engaging, dynamic group exercise classes. The role sits within David Lloyd Clubs, which offers a diverse timetable of exercise classes from yoga to HIIT alongside six Signature Classes. The supervisor contributes to a thriving and inclusive culture and helps members of all fitness levels and abilities to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Group Exercise Instructors
• Support the delivery of engaging, dynamic group exercise classes
• Help create a thriving and inclusive culture
• Act as an ambassador for David Lloyd Clubs

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Passion for customer service
