Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager in Greater London. You will report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team, organising class timetables and overseeing programming from studio classes to personal training.

Join a leading healthcare charity and help improve site standards while driving team performance and ambitious sales targets. A REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification with studio experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fitness teams and driving performance.
• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level with studio experience.
• Proven track record of growing personal training revenue and designing effective fitness programmes.

Fitness & Wellbeing Manager

• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
• Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.

• You've previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team.
• You're qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience.
• You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
