Job summary

Nuffield Health Croydon Central is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager on a fixed-term, part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will lead the fitness team, organise class timetables, and drive revenue through personal training and group programmes.

As a senior trainer with REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA, you’ll shape fitness programming, report to the Programme Director and help raise standards across the site while supporting staff development and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner.
• Experience leading a fitness team and driving sales/revenue.
• Proven ability to design fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
• Experience in a gym setting and implementing class timetables.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables across the site.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Improve site standards and drive team performance.
• Support the team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.

Fitness and Wellbeing Manager Nuffield Health Croydon Central FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Fixed-term contract | PART TIME Up to £31,000 pro rata depending on experience 24 hours per week

You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals. As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:
