Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a gym team, design group and individual fitness programmes, and drive PT revenue. You will oversee class timetables, programming and site standards while reporting to the Programme Director to optimise performance.

The role requires experience as a personal or fitness trainer, REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and effective programmes. Competitive benefits apply.

• Track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
• Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at one of our gyms, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
