Awesome people are crucial to making our clubs run smoothly. Working alongside the Leisure Club Manager, you’ll ensure our clubs operate efficiently and effectively.

It’s your job to keep our members happy through excellent fitness services and customer care. You’ll lead a team of passionate fitness staff to maximize their potential and deliver exceptional experiences.

The Role

• You will manage our team of freelance group exercise staff, ensuring we have the best individuals delivering our classes.
• As a natural leader, you’ll understand what makes a gym great and motivate your team to excel through innovative fitness programs, vibrant classes, and personalized training. You will upskill your team with the latest technology, including Myzone, Mywellness, and others, and support their development through high-quality training from providers like Les Mills, Hiit Company, Zumba, and more.
• You’re highly organized, capable of multitasking to cover all fitness areas—from coaching members on the gym floor to managing the class timetable.
• You will foster a working environment that upholds the company’s standards of service excellence and exceeds customer expectations.
• You will implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
• You will ensure the department operates efficiently with adequately trained staff to meet business needs and comply with health & safety standards.
• You will assist members and prospective members courteously and professionally, monitoring satisfaction through feedback, and handling complaints politely in the absence of the Leisure Club Manager.
• You are passionate about helping others reach their potential, whether supporting members in achieving their goals or developing your team members’ careers in the fitness industry.
