Assistant Club Manager Opportunity in Chesterfield

This state-of-the-art boutique facility is equipped with top-of-the-range equipment and technology. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Club Manager focused on growing the membership base and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and awareness campaigns within the local community
• Focus on member retention and high-quality customer service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the club operates within guidelines
• Manage, train, and develop the in-club team
• Develop marketing campaigns to attract new members within budget

Candidate Requirements:

• Highly driven with a positive and proactive attitude
• Hands-on approach and excellent interaction skills
• Background in fitness and membership sales management
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and lead generation from internal and external sources
• Ability to cover group exercise classes when required (preferred)

This role requires working closely with the Club Manager, with the ability to take ownership of the club in their absence. The ideal candidate is outgoing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys meeting new challenges.
