The role requires CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2, with CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 preferred; we offer ongoing training and opportunities to advance to Fitness Manager. You will join a diverse, community-focused organisation that values people, teamwork, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Hold CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 (minimum).
• Opportunity to achieve CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 with support from us.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Personal Training sessions and grow your client base.
• Set and monitor fitness programmes for customers of all abilities.
• Maintain facilities to high standards and ensure safety and compliance.
