Places Leisure is hiring a friendly Fitness Instructor to join our busy Eastleigh facilities. You will motivate members, deliver engaging group and 1:1 sessions, and provide practical health and fitness advice tailored to individual goals.

Applicants should hold CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 (and CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 is desirable). We offer ongoing learning, development opportunities, and a supportive team environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2; willingness to develop to CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 via company support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse member base.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and educate customers on safe and effective fitness practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engaging fitness sessions, both group and 1:1.
• Provide tailored health and fitness advice aligned with individual goals.
• Conduct inductions, ensure safe equipment use, and monitor member progress.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the facility.
• Collaborate with colleagues and promote Personal Training services to grow client base.
