Job summary

Places Leisure is hiring a Fitness Instructor to help members achieve their goals in a lively, supportive environment. You’ll deliver engaging fitness support, promote safe use of equipment, and encourage members along their personal journeys.

With CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 and ideally Practitioner/Reps Level 3, you’ll access ongoing training and career development. We value teamwork, customer service, and a proactive approach to growth within our centres across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Rep Level 2; Practitioner Level 3 preferred, with support to achieve.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Always putting customers' needs at the forefront and build relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and personal development.
• Conduct initial inductions and ensure safe equipment use.
• Work with customers at all fitness stages, set and monitor programmes.
• Support Personal Training sessions and help attract new PT clients.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe, follow regulations and procedures.
