Mayfield Village is part of a buzzing residential neighbourhood which includes facilities such as a shop, Bar and Bistro, leisure facilities and a beautiful riverside park. Mayfield villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. In addition the village hosts external customers and this role is responsible for providing a first class, positive experience for all.
Reporting into the Deputy General Manager, we are looking for a second part time fitness instructor to provide professional and friendly tuition, carrying out inductions and designing personalised fitness programmes within a retirement community. You will make sure that all leisure club users are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring the facilities are clean and safe so that every customer has a great experience.
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for maintaining the Leisure club and ensuring there is a varied and tailored class programme for customers with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to both our customers – village Owners and paid leisure club members. It also has responsibility for both retaining and growing the memberships and promoting the club to both the owners and the wider community.
