What will I do?

Ensure that all members and guests always receive a high level of customer service while carrying out duties required to ensure the efficient running of the health club in a safe, controlled environment. You will demonstrate how to operate equipment safely and effectively, devise individual programmes for members to achieve their goals, and deliver fun and engaging classes.

Is this the role for me?

Previous experience as a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor, or a Level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent. Qualifications in water testing, pool plant, and pool lifeguard/responder. Experience conducting fitness classes. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
