A leading fitness organization seeks an energetic Fitness Instructor to motivate its members and provide engaging fitness experiences. The role includes conducting inductions, assessments, and creating personalized programs while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. About The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and friendly Fitness Instructor to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in motivating and engaging our members, ensuring they enjoy a positive, professional, and results-driven fitness experience.
Day to day, you will welcome and assist members, carry out inductions and assessments, and create personalised fitness programmes. You’ll also lead group fitness classes, help maintain a clean and safe environment and contribute to the development of customer retention initiatives like monthly challenges.
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week, worked across 5 days over 7 on a 3-week rolling rota.
Shifts are scheduled flexibly between 06:00 and 22:30.
