About the Role

As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll:

• Deliver high-quality inductions and gym support to our members
• Engage with members and provide advice to help build confidence and motivation
• Support gym challenges, events, and group classes
• Keep the gym floor clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
• Be a positive, visible presence who contributes to our community spirit

What We’re Looking For

• Recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential)
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and other fitness certifications (desirable)
• A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
