Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor for its BLAZE program, responsible for managing the BLAZE timetable and social events. This role requires a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification and at least 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.

You will also oversee the MYZONE community, ensure compliance with health and safety reports, and support member goals. The position is a chance to be part of Europe's leading premium health and wellness group with a focus on inclusivity.

About the Role

The Group Exercise Supervisor for BLAZE works closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. The role also involves managing the MYZONE community and system, as well as club reports such as health and safety and compliance checks. BLAZE is one of David Lloyd Clubs' six signature classes and is known as one of the most effective boutique studio experiences in the UK. The role sits within a team-focused environment where team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure the BLAZE timetable is managed in line with Programming Excellence principles.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Demonstrate a passion for health and fitness.
• Be able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Possess excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
