Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Toton, Nottinghamshire, is seeking a proactive Fitness Instructor to support the BLAZE program. You will lead group exercise sessions, help manage class timetables, and engage with members to help them reach their goals.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3, at least 1 year of teaching experience, and strong communication. You will collaborate with teams to ensure programming excellence and a welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Passion for health and fitness; inspire members to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. This includes managing the MYZONE community, system, and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About You

As a BLAZE Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.

• Have generally excellent communication and interaction skills.
