Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Chester is hiring to join our leisure club team. You will support fitness initiatives, coach guests, and help drive new memberships while working 24 hours per week across 3 days. The role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and guest experience.

We offer flexibility across evenings and weekends and opportunities for career training and apprenticeships. Employment is subject to eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness coaching or personal training is preferred.
• You should be enthusiastic about helping guests reach fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the leisure club team in driving revenue.
• Encourage new member sign-ups for the leisure club.
• Assist in delivering fitness classes and training sessions as needed.

Do you have a passion for Fitness?

Do you have the drive to coach, inspire help guests achieve their fitness goals.

In this role you will support the leisure club team in driving revenue and helping entice new members into signing up to join the leisure club.

You will need to be a person that really enjoys the world of fitness and ideally coming from a background with some Fitness instructor, personal trainer experience.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
