InspireAll is hiring a part-time Gym Instructor at Pendleton Sports Centre, Arlesey. Join a friendly team and help members achieve their fitness goals while supporting a busy gym and promoting health and well-being.

The role offers 25 hours per week with pro-rata annual salary and opportunities to develop a personal training portfolio within a charitable fitness network.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Health & Fitness qualification.
• CIMSPA registration preferred.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly supervision to gym members.
• Conduct inductions and fitness assessments.
• Track membership usage and results.
• Maintain clean and safe facilities.
• Deliver personal training sessions as needed.

Permanent Part Time (25 hours per week)

Salary £25,775.88 p/a pro rata (£12.71 p/h)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Instructor to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. This is a good opportunity to build a career in health & fitness and focus on developing a portfolio in personal training.

Responsibilities include;

• Providing friendly and supportive supervision to gym members
• Providing customer inductions and fitness assessments
• Tracking membership usage & results
• Maintaining clean & safe facilities
• Providing challenges and social activities for customers
• To deliver in hours personal training sessions to our clients

What we are looking for;

• You should hold a level 3 qualification in health and fitness, have a background in working in the industry and ideally be CIMSPA registered
• A self-starter with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a similar role
• Experience of in teaching studio classes is desirable
• A flexible approach to working hours, as you may be required to work evenings and weekends.
