Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor and prioritise their experience.
• Deliver welcoming member tours in line with brand standards.
• Lead engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions and welcome new joiners.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
• Maintain high club cleanliness and brand standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety points.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and performance data.
• Work safely per company policies and legislation.
• Support energy efficiency and waste management practices.
• Analyze and present key data to back new ideas and initiatives.

Job description

Role overview:

As a member of the JD Gyms team, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for members during every visit. Through member engagement, gym inductions, group exercise classes and maintaining high club standards, you will help deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks across the club, ensuring results are recorded accurately and in line with JD Gyms record keeping procedures.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed
• Ensure that club cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level as set out by the Gym Management and Operations team.
• Maintain excellent brand standards at all times, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with all health and safety action points.
• Monitor our service delivery through our performance and member feedback.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation at all times.
• Support energy efficiency, environmental initiatives and responsible waste management practices across the club.
• Analysis and presentation of key data to support new ideas / initiatives / proposed developments.
