Job summary

Village Hotels in the UK seeks a motivated fitness-focused team member to inspire and support members in achieving their goals. You will run gym orientations, deliver fitness classes, and help maintain a sparkling facility, including pool area oversight.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness with the ability to talk to everyone and build relationships with gym members.
• Strong customer service mindset and focus on member satisfaction.
• Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself and others safe.
• A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, cleaning or coordinating a class while delivering top-tier standards.
• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver leading fitness classes and motivate members to achieve goals.
• Monitor pool area and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy member experience.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.
