Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a dedicated fitness/Leisure Club professional to enhance the member experience on site. You will introduce newcomers to the club, lead gym orientations and classes, and help keep the facilities spotless and safe for all members.

The role emphasizes guest-facing service, teamwork with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and team leaders, and a passion for hospitality, leisure, and fitness in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness with a friendly, talkative approach.
• Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding member service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver leading fitness classes.
• Monitor pool area and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.
