Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are recruiting at Wymondham Leisure Centre for a part-time Fitness/Gym Instructor. You will supervise the gym, conduct inductions, create gym programmes, and help with centre activities. A Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification is mandatory and you will support class delivery as needed.

The role offers a pro-rata salary of £25,948 and benefits such as free onsite parking, staff discounts and pension schemes. Closing date is 31/10/2026 with interview to follow.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification.
• Customer-focused with a passion for fitness.
• Experience delivering gym inductions and classes is desirable.
