Village Hotels - Warrington is seeking a proactive Fitness Coach to welcome new members, lead orientations, and deliver fitness classes while keeping facilities clean and safe. You will engage with members, build relationships, and help them achieve their goals in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Outstanding customer service leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
• Solutions orientated with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver leading fitness classes to members.
• Monitor pool area and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Co-ordinate classes and coaching across sessions.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps members returning.
