Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Leisure ClubAssistant to work with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and team leaders in Bournemouth. You will welcome new members, lead fitness classes, and help keep the club spotless and well-maintained to ensure an exceptional experience.

You’ll be a real people person, delivering orientations and driving outstanding service while maintaining a welcoming environment across our hotels and leisure clubs.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with gym members.
• Experience in a similar environment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in compliance with guidelines and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitness classes and gym orientations for new members.
• Create a slick member experience that drives satisfaction and results.
• Monitor pool area and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Co-ordinate classes and support the Leisure Club operations.
