Village Hotel Club is seeking a proactive fitness-focused team member to enhance member experiences across our Leisure Club. You will welcome newcomers, run gym orientations, and deliver fitness classes while ensuring the club remains clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Solutions oriented with an eye for spotting issues early.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver fitness classes to members.
• Monitor pool area and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Coach, clean or coordinate classes to maintain high standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages members to return.
