Job Description

We offer various agreement options ranging from 8-16 hours per week, based on experience and career goals. These paid gym hours support building your client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group classes, and general customer service duties.

Our team focuses on supporting new member sales, retention, and supporting secondary products that drive profitability. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation is essential. Rapid client base growth may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize PT earnings.

• If hourly options are unavailable at some clubs, freelance options are offered*
