Job Description

We offer various agreements ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, based on experience and career goals. These paid gym hours enable you to build a client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, challenges, group training classes, and general customer service duties.

Our focus is on supporting member sales and retention, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and supporting secondary products that drive profitability. Rapid client growth may allow you to reduce gym floor hours to maximize PT earnings.

• Note: Not all clubs offer hourly options; some may offer freelance arrangements.*
