Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Centre Supervisor to lead a busy gym team. You will supervise fitness instructors and reception staff, handle member inquiries, and promote a motivating atmosphere for all members.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, equipment knowledge, and safety. You will support center growth and ensure high standards of cleanliness and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in a fitness centre.
• Certifications in personal training or fitness instruction from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise principles and safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the fitness centre and ensure smooth functioning of equipment.
