Job summary

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Fit Testing Admin Support Officer to join the Trust's Fit Testing Team. The role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure fit testing services are delivered efficiently across the organisation.

You will manage diaries, appointments, records and communications; full training in fit testing will be provided, and prior experience is not required. This is a full-time, permanent post based at Royal Victoria Infirmary.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fit Testing Team.
• Manage the team's diaries, scheduling and appointments across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records relating to fit testing activities.
• Produce reports and administrative information as requested by the Fit Test Lead.
• Support development and maintenance of administrative processes to improve efficiency.
