Qualifications

Do you have a general understanding of fit-out processes, including first-fix and second-fix?

Location: Walsall
Duration: 12 months rolling
Rate: £24ph days / £30ph nights and weekends
IR35: Inside - paid via umbrella company

Our client is an industry leading rail contractor and due to an increase in work bank, they require a Site Supervisor to join them on a rail depot project in the West Midlands.

As the Site Supervisor you will work closely alongside the Delivery Manager in leading the internal fit-out site activities on a rail depot. This will include overseeing the subcontractors, conducting weekly tool box talks and inductions, completing site register and diary, whilst enforcing health and safety on site.

The ideal Site Supervisor will have a proven track record of working on internal building fit-out projects with an excellent understanding of first and second fix fit-out, M&E and dry-lining.

Requirements:

• Track record of working as Site Supervisor on building fit-out projects.
• Ideally experience working within a rail environment, on depots or stations.
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS card
