RCM Ltd is recruiting for a Fit-Out Contracts Manager

RCM Ltd, a company partnered with a privately owned Fit Out Contractor located within the East Midlands, is seeking a Fit-Out Contracts Manager to oversee fit-out projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, both residential and commercial, with values up to £25 million, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
2. Prepare and manage contracts, procurement, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and resolve issues.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Lead and manage site managers, foremen, and subcontractors for effective project delivery.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or in a senior role within the fit-out industry.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving license.
