Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Fish Trimmer / Fish Header role in the United Kingdom. The position offers a contract, full-time hours, and an hourly rate of £13.15–£13.40 in West Marsh, DN32.

You will trim, peel and inspect fish, working on day or night shifts in a chilled environment. Responsibilities include removing heads, trimming fillets, ensuring quality and safety, operating knives and machinery safely, and maintaining hygiene across workstations.

• Experience: Previous knife skills or fish factory experience preferred but not essential.
• Pace: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment.
