Job summary

Hull City Tigers is seeking a Performance Analyst to lead video capture of training sessions, manage data and support weekly match preparation. You will work with coaching staff to deliver insights from training and matches and help develop learning materials for players.

You will attend home and away games, travel when needed, and contribute to ongoing CPD and professional development within the analytics team.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in sports science, sports coaching, performance analysis (Essential).
Postgraduate degree in sports science, sports coaching, performance analysis (Desirable).
Demonstrate planning, organisation and attention to detail.
Full UK Driving License (Essential)

Responsibilities

Lead capture of outfield and goalkeeper training using camera, drone and VEO; upload to HUDL and archive.
Collaborate with First Team Coach Analyst and Senior First Team Analyst for weekly match prep.
Create and manage a personal video database aligned with club playing style using training/match footage.
Collaborate with Head of Player Development to create materials, run reviews and monitor progress.
Support match day workflows by managing logistics, multi-angle footage and coding events; attend home/away fixtures.
Complete ad-hoc tasks to support the performance analysis department.
