Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and deliver safe building works, repairs, and installation of drying programs, identifying best practices for water escape situations in customer properties.
• Develop settlement plans with customers to resolve claims effectively.
• Coordinate temporary accommodations or solutions for customers as needed.
• Manage company equipment, including a vehicle, and travel across various locations.
• Escalate complex issues to your Surveying Lead and collaborate with other suppliers within Hastings Home Claim supply chain.
• Work with operational leads to enhance your skills for optimal survey outcomes, drying times, and settlement efficiency.

Skills we value:

• Extensive knowledge of Flood/Escape Damage Management, safety regulations, and relevant legislation.
• Experience with damage perils, restoration scenarios, and use of tools/equipment.
• BDMA or equivalent qualification, with experience in managing domestic property claims and excellent customer care skills.
