Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a First Line Manager to cover maternity leave in the portions department (A shift) on a temporary contract for up to 12 months. The role pays £17.00 per hour and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will supervise 4 direct reports and around 40 indirect reports, ensuring lines operate safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality standards is required.
• Ability to drive productivity and maintain staff welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop your team to meet daily KPIs and customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to World Class Manufacturing practices and quality standards.
• Maintain line discipline and follow packing/production plans; avoid deviations.
• Drive productivity and morale while ensuring staff welfare and safety.
• Own the training, coaching and development of your team.
