- 40 hours per week, on a 5/6 Rota
- Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00
- £16.56 per hour plus 10% shift allowance

Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Transport Manager, your duties will include:
- Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing your team of service delivery crews and Team Leaders
- Optimising fleet utilization, resource planning, and controlling costs
- Ensuring legal compliance and safety standards
- Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies
- Managing team development, including training on driver CPC, standards, and installation
- Making timely decisions to protect customer service and delivery schedules
- Managing on-site resources to meet customer needs flexibly
The Ideal Candidate
We require candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Leader/Supervisor in transport
- Knowledge of Road Transport Regulations and a national CPC
- Adherence to ‘O’ Licence requirements
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in improving transport operations and operational excellence
- Strong influencing, coaching, and development skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
