Wales & West Utilities Limited in Colwyn Bay is seeking a First Line Manager to lead teams ensuring gas safety, reliability and customer service across our network.
You will report to the Performance Manager and mentor both direct labour and contractors, manage a circa £3 million budget, and drive improvements in safety and efficiency. A 12-month fixed-term contract with standby rota to cover a 24/7 emergency service is offered along with a competitive package.

A competitive salary starting at £42,745 or £53,983 to be agreed depending on skills and experience and potentially rising to £61,703

Reporting to the Performance Manager, First Line Managers are responsible for leading teams to deliver outstanding levels of gas safety, reliability and customer service for the millions we serve every day.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to provide the necessary technical support and motivation to the workforce to deliver performance improvements to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness of activities associated with the safe delivery of Network Replacement, Maintenance and Development.
