Job summary

East Sussex County Council is seeking an Oracle Business Support Analyst focused on access to join our Oracle Fusion environment and related systems. You’ll be the friendly face of access, triaging requests, logging incidents, and fixing login and role issues while documenting processes for audit readiness.

You will support joiners, movers, and leavers, test quarterly releases, and help build clear access documentation.

Qualifications

• RQF Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IT systems, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Triage day-to-day access requests, log and process incidents, and fix login/role issues.
• Maintain records to be audit-ready and support user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Assist testing quarterly releases and improve access documentation; identify patterns and improvements.
