Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Employment PSL to become the firm’s first dedicated knowledge specialist within its Employment team in Cheltenham. The role focuses on shaping the know-how strategy, maintaining precedents, and delivering material updates to lawyers across the practice.

As the Employment PSL, you will monitor developments, create training resources, and support best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant Employment Law experience.
• Experience drafting or maintaining precedents, guidance notes, training materials, or know-how resources.
• Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape the practice's know-how strategy and resources.
• Monitor legal developments and maintain precedents and training materials.
• Deliver technical updates and training to fee earners across the team.
• Support best practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Employment group.
