Job summary

ExamWorks Investigation Services Limited is seeking an experienced First Contact Physiotherapist Team Lead to oversee the FCP workforce within local PCNs. The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight to deliver safe, high quality FCP services.

You will manage a team of FCPs, Development FCPs, and network leads, driving professional development while maintaining strong relationships with PCN partners and ensuring services align with national standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with experience as an FCP.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management for FCPs, Development FCPs, and network leads across local PCNs.
• Support clinical staff in remote and in clinic FCP settings.
• Mentor Development FCPs through the Roadmap to Practice.
• Lead staff management processes including appraisals, performance reviews, disciplinaries and training.
• Maintain a significant clinical caseload with protected non-clinical time for leadership duties.
