Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks an enthusiastic FCP Manager to lead the development of the First Contact Practitioner service across Sandwell & Walsall localities. You will supervise teams, drive KPIs, recruit and manage staff, and ensure timely access to care within established pathways.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse, current with the NMC.
• Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in evidence based psychological therapies relevant to Pathway.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Master's degree or willingness to work towards
• Minimum 5 years post registration experience
• Experience of managing a team including undertaking management supervision
• Experience of working in a primary / community and secondary care environment
• Understanding of Child and Adult safeguarding
• Ability to work effectively with a number of organisations, managing communications
• Evidence of Management and Leadership Skills.
• Expert Clinical and Managerial Supervision Skills

Responsabilités

• Managerial supervision and appraisals for the team.
• Performance management including key performance indicators.
• Recruitment and management of staff.
• Ensuring timely access to our services and treatment in line with pathways.
• Excellent relationship building and engagement with GP practices.
• Support pathways ensuring access to right person, right time and right place care.
• Lead on quality improvement and collaborative team working across primary and secondary care.
• Roles based in two localities with time spent within GP practices.
