Job summary

HS Health Group Ltd is recruiting a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) for clinics in the Lincoln area. The role involves working within GP practices and PCNs to deliver frontline MSK physiotherapy with rapid assessment and management plans.

The candidate should have extensive MSK experience, FCP registration, HCPC/CSP registration, and a commitment to CPD with support for further training and development. The post offers a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates specialist knowledge of MSK conditions.
• 5 years+ experience of working in the Musculoskeletal physiotherapy field.
• 3+ years' FCP experience

Responsibilities

• Provide First Contact Physiotherapy within GP practices and PCNs with rapid diagnosis and management.
• Conduct advanced clinical assessment, triage, and initial investigations and referrals as needed.
• Develop links with the MSK pathway, commissioners and secondary care to ensure patient-focused care.
