Job summary

Great Marlow School is seeking a committed First Aider/School Nurse to join our safeguarding and welfare team. The post covers Wednesday and Friday sessions from 08:00 to 16:00 during term-time.

This role is paid at NJC Scale 4 Points 17–21 (£32,046–£34,237 FTE) with actual salary dependent on experience. We value wellbeing, professional development and a supportive school community; benefits include onsite parking, pension scheme and cycle-to-work options.

• First Aid Trained and Qualified person.
• Qualified Nurse desirable.

First Aid Lead/School Nurse

Post: First Aider/School Nurse

Working Days: Wednesdays and Fridays (2 days per week)

Hours: 08.00 - 16.00 (15 hours a week, with a 30 minutes daily unpaid lunch break)

Working Weeks: Term Time only (38 weeks)

FTE Salary: NJC Range 4 Point 17-21 (£32,046 - £34,237)

Actual Salary: £10,750 - £ 11,478 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
