Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - South Based with travel

Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest-growing fire & security business in the UK, offering design, supply, installation, maintenance, and monitoring services. We are seeking a Fire Systems Project Engineer who is Midlands-South based and willing to travel frequently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
• Overtime & Travel Time: circa £10,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver small and large fire system projects across the portfolio, ensuring timely completion, profitability, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, plan resources, and oversee installation, commissioning, and documentation.
• Lead site meetings, manage engineers and subcontractors, and control project budgets and health & safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire systems industry.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites.
• Technical knowledge of major fire systems such as Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, and others.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills.
