The role combines face-to-face and online delivery with the support of LMS resources.

You will develop course content, tailor programmes, and contribute to accreditation activities, helping upskill engineers and raise industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Fire & Security engineering is essential.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards.
• Interest in mentoring, teaching, or coaching others.
• Comfort with delivering face-to-face and online training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-impact training across Fire & Security disciplines.
• Develop and tailor training programmes and materials for in-person, remote, and blended delivery.
• Contribute to LMS and e-learning resources.
• Audit and maintain training content to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Assist with accreditation processes and development of qualifications.
