Job summary

FS Recruitment Services are supporting a well-established fire and security business in recruiting a Fire & Security Engineer to service London and the South East.

You will service and maintain fire alarm and access control systems, diagnose faults, and carry out small installation work across commercial sites, with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in fire and security
• Servicing fire alarm and access control systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience carrying out small installation works
• Knowledge of PPM schedules and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining fire alarm and access control systems
• Diagnosing faults and rectifying faults efficiently
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Completing small installation and remedial works
• Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Working independently across a variety of commercial client sites
