Fire & Security Service Engineer – Newcastle

Location: Newcastle

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Overtime + Call-Out + Company Vehicle + Full Benefits Package

An established fire and security company is looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their team, covering Newcastle and the surrounding areas. This role involves service, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a variety of fire and security systems in accordance with NSI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Servicing and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  2. Fault finding, testing, and repairing malfunctioning systems
  3. Providing excellent customer service and technical support
  4. Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations
  5. Participating in the standby and call-out rota
Requirements:
  1. Experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  2. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  3. A full UK driving license
  4. Checkable work history and good customer service skills
  5. Exposure to all aspects of fire & security systems is beneficial (training can be provided)
