Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the in-house build of the division. You will manage projects from enquiry to handover, covering design, estimating, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, while maintaining client relationships and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Fire Alarm or Fire & Security industry with strong project management
• Experience in design, estimation, procurement and handover
• Knowledge of BS 5839 and industry standards; benefits from BS 7671 and BAFE

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the in-house Fire & Security operation and manage projects from enquiry through to completion
• Oversee design, estimating, programming, procurement, labour and subcontractor coordination, installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Manage project costs and programmes, maintain drawings, certificates and handover information, and ensure compliance with standards and client specifications
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and clients and identify opportunities to grow the Fire & Security offering
• Take on increasing responsibility as the division grows and embed the new processes and accreditations
