Fire & Security Project Manager - North West

Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest-growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, and installation to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, helping prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks for our customers nationwide. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee our UK projects.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: up to £52,000 per annum
• Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance (candidate preference): circa £525 per month

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure all installations are completed within budget, on time, and meet quality standards
• Improve project delivery processes and adopt best practices to enhance profitability
• Review project files for technical and contractual compliance
• Deliver projects on budget and schedule
• Provide monthly forecasts and manage resources and suppliers
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
• Attend site and regional meetings as required
• Maintain health and safety compliance, including audits and reporting
• Ensure environmental compliance in waste disposal
• Perform other management duties as appropriate

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Fire & Security Project Management
• Proven track record of managing projects effectively
• Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driver Licence

• Salary range: £48,000 - £52,000
